Hello, World! 👋

Every program starts with a “Hello, World.” So it feels right to start this blog the same way.

Why I am writing

I have been building software for more than ten years, and leading teams for a few of them. In that time I learned many things, but most of them only stayed in my head. With this blog I want to write them down.

Writing helps me think. When I try to explain an idea in simple words, I understand it better.

What you can expect

Here I will write about:

• Software engineering and the daily decisions we make.
• Architecture and the reasons behind what we build.
• Technical leadership and engineering management.
• AI and how it changes the way we work.
• The things I learn along the way, including my mistakes.

I do not have a fixed schedule. These are just honest notes from someone who is still learning.
