Hi, I’m Vicente Gutiérrez.

I’ve been a software engineer since 2014, and since 2021 I’ve been working in technical leadership roles. Today, I’m a Technical Lead Manager at Bizee.

As an engineer, I care about solving real problems. For me, software is not only about the code or the technology we use. It is also about understanding the problem, the context, and the reason behind what we are building. Before thinking about the “how,” I believe we need to understand the “why.”

As a manager, one of my biggest goals is to help people grow. I want to support the engineers around me, help them become better, and create the conditions for them to reach their full potential.
